Very much enjoyed our stay at Sam’s house in Sandy point. House was clean, very well equipped and plenty spacious for our two families that stayed there. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here to our friends and family.

We really loved our stay at Sam’s house. It is on a quiet street, easy to find and very spacious for our family. The house is a short walk from the beach (some routes longer than others!) and the village is very nice. We were there in school holidays so the van was open for good coffee and the general store was decently stocked. The house itself is a great size and is really well provisioned for all the bits you need away from home. We used the house to explore Wilson’s prom and it was a great location for that – not far from the national park and an easy drive. The house doesn’t have WiFi and phone service is patchy. Admittedly we did struggle with this and no other houses nearby seemed to have WiFi so wonder if it’s something in the area. We managed for our short stay and downloaded maps for navigation in advance. Strangely the beach had excellent reception!We would visit again.

We had an excellent stay. Sam was very easy to contact. The house was very clean and tidy.

Great house in a great spot. Simple, but spacious and clean. Good floor plan with the two sets of bedrooms both having their own bathroom, and great deck for summer bbqs.
