The space
Thoughtfully designed over two levels, Bramble House offers comfort and flexibility for couples, families, or small groups.
Downstairs, the slate-tiled entry opens to a spacious living room and two bedrooms — one with a queen bed and the other with two sets of single bunks. This level also includes a modern bathroom and laundry facilities for convenience.
The inviting living and dining area features a wood fireplace for cozy winter nights and reverse-cycle air conditioning for year-round comfort. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, Breville coffee machine, KitchenAid mixer, quality cookware, and pantry essentials – perfect for home-cooked meals after a day at the beach.
Off the living room you will find the master bedroom which includes a queen bed, generous storage and a spacious ensuite with a walk-in shower.
Upstairs, the open-plan family room is bathed in natural light. With reverse cycle air conditioning, this space is perfect all year around. The family room opens onto a large entertaining deck among the treetops.
Outdoor Living
Bramble House embraces the outdoors. The expansive upstairs deck is ideal for alfresco dining, barbecues, or stargazing under summer skies. Downstairs, a paved, undercover area provides more space to relax and unwind, complete with a table tennis setup for a bit of fun.
The private rear yard is enclosed — perfect for guests travelling with a furry friend. Guests can also make use of the bikes available to explore Sandy Point’s scenic paths and quiet coastal streets.

Other things to note
Sandy Point can see power outages from time to time during peak seasons and poor weather conditions. This is generally quite temporary and a torch is provided on the kitchen bench, next to the coffee machine, for guest convenience during this time.
Stairs are required to access the upstairs living area and outside deck
No hens/ bucks or schoolies.
