The space
Nestled amongst native trees and bushland, this idyllic property is the perfect retreat for couples and small groups seeking the perfect blend of solitude with modern convenience and comfort.
Upon entering the house, guests access the two well-lit, bedrooms one with king bed, one with queen. The study nook adds the convenience of high-speed Starlink internet accommodating those needing to bring work with them or stream their favourite movie.
The luxurious, walk-in shower with twin shower heads is complimented by the huge 1.7 metre, free-standing master bath allowing guests to truly relax and immerse themselves in the ambience of this beautiful home.
The large wet room provides ample space for beach gear and storage, with the convenience of a washing machine & dryer.
The central hall takes you into the spacious living area, equipped with reverse cycle heating and cooling, a Nectre wood heater, reading nook and two lounge areas. A walnut Issho dining table anchors the room
providing space for eating, working or playing board games. Feel free to help yourself to our vinyl collection or bluetooth off the Studioengine speakers.
The kitchen is equipped with a five burner Fisher & Paykel gas cook top, Pyrolytic oven and rangehood, Bosch dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary pods, quality glassware and cookware.
The home is perfectly sealed for cold Winter nights with double glazing throughout and European tilt and turn windows (with flyscreens) providing cross ventilation in the warmer months.
The rear deck is well equipped with an outdoor dining setting, Weber barbecue and butterfly chairs for those who prefer to kick back and watch the birdlife. The rear garden also has a firepit with surrounding bench seating and a hot and cold shower for rinsing off after the beach.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property and house; excluding some locked storage cupboards.
Other things to note
Walkerville can see power outages from time to time during peak seasons and poor weather conditions. This is generally quite temporary and a torch is provided in the top pantry cupboard in the kitchen, for guest convenience during this time.
