The space

A delightful 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home, our Beach Side Retreat offers the ideal accommodation for couples, families and groups seeking a quiet and peaceful retreat, just moments from the picturesque beaches of Sandy Point.

Located in secluded Sandy Point, just 200km from the CBD, Beach Side Retreat is the idyllic location; ample facilities and convenience to the entire South Gippsland make it the perfect base for a holiday any time of year. With activities to suit all types of weather and interests, you are certain to have a great time with everything on offer here.

The House is positioned on a spacious, surrounded by native trees and wildlife. The modern beach house features sunny light-filled living areas that open out onto a large outdoor deck with seating for 8, and a gas Weber BBQ. There is a large indoor dining area and a well-appointed kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave.

The three bedrooms and shower-room comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, with 2 queen size beds and 2 King single beds in total. The living area has comfortable seating with TV. Board games are also available for guests to enjoy.

Longer stays are made easier with the washing machine/ironing facility. Pets are welcome; however are not permitted indoors. The fencing around the property is adequately secure for dogs. There is parking to the front of the property for 2 cars and a hot outside shower for the convenience of beach goers and surfers/windsurfers to wash down before heading inside.

The Picturesque Sandy Point beach is an easy 3 minute walk away at Ned Neales with the patrolled beach 10 minutes walk from the house, opposite the local milk bar.

Please note; STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES or BUCKS/HENS NIGHTS. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated.

Guest access

Guests will have full access to the entire house, excluding a couple of locked cupboards for cleaning & storage.

Inverloch

Nestled in a quiet street and within minutes walk to the beach, this centrally located, modern and spacious home is the perfect place for the whole family to use as a base for your next holiday.

The space

This 4 br home has 2 large living areas, a fireplace, air conditioning, a centralised, well-equipped, connecting kitchen, an enclosed outdoor BBQ & dining area, spacious bathroom and full laundry with a private back yard.

This home offers comfort and convenience; with linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Upon arrival guests are welcomed into the large living and dining area, with main bedroom with Queen bed & ensuite set to the side. The central kitchen provides conveniences of modern amenities, coffee machine, dual fridge/ freezer & ice machine, dishwasher and microwave. Ample cookware, crockery, glass wear and cooking appliances are provided for guest convenience.

The 3 bedrooms that branch off from the second living space offer 2 king singles, 1 double and a queen bed for guests to enjoy. The main bathroom offers a bath and shower, with separate toilet.

Full laundry facilities including front load washing machine and dryer are provided for guests to use.

The outdoor enclosed, BBQ area is a welcome place to relax and unwind in the summer months, with a hot outdoor shower to wash off from days at the beach, & outdoor turf to enjoy & play games on. The basketball ring at the front of the house, along with board games and reading material provides additional entertainment, along with 2 televisions and Wi-Fi at the property.

This is the home away from home; just right for your next getaway!

Whether you’re chasing waves, sunset walks, or lazy mornings with ocean breezes, Coastal Nook at Inverloch has everything you need for the ultimate coastal escape.

The space

Our Coastal Nook sleeps up to eight guests across three spacious bedrooms: a queen suite with ensuite and walk-through robe, a second queen bedroom, and a fun bunk room featuring two double king-single bunks — perfect for kids or extra guests.

Step inside and feel instantly at home. The upstairs kitchen and living area are bright, open, and tastefully furnished, featuring:

• A cosy gas fireplace (ducted downstairs for comfort year-round) and reverse cycle heating/cooling
• A sound system, books, and puzzles for relaxed entertainment.
• A fully equipped kitchen with a coffee pod machine and everything needed to create easy snacks or hearty family meals.

Downstairs, you’ll find a second living area with a Smart TV and extra couch – perfect for movie nights or a quiet kids’ zone.
Both bathrooms include showers, with the downstairs bathroom featuring a bathtub for a soothing soak after a beach day.
A laundry with washing machine adds extra convenience for longer stays.

Other things to note

Linen and bath Towels are provided for guest comfort and convenience. All beds include mattress, pillow, and doona protectors, full linen and bath towels.

We ask guest to bring their own beach towels, should they be required throughout the stay.

Pets are permitted in the rear, outdoor space throughout guest stay. Pets are not permitted indoors at any time.

Non-smoking home to maintain a fresh and comfortable environment for all guests.

Fish Creek

Welcome to our beautifully renovated country cottage in the heart of charming Fish Creek. Perfect for families and couples, enjoy a modern kitchen, cosy living spaces, and a large fully fenced yard with beautiful gum trees and a kids’ cubby.

Walk to cafés, galleries, boutique shops, the bookshop, playground, country pub and the V/Line bus stop. The perfect base for exploring South Gippsland and Wilsons Promontory.

The space

Upon entry, guests are welcomed into the open plan living and dining rooms; the warmth of the fireplace circulates through the entire home and the west facing windows provide natural light throughout. The modern kitchen and appliances make meal preparation seamless, with the large oven and stove top catering to a full house of guests.

The inside dining area seats 6 comfortably, with an additional dining space provided in the undercover deck area.

With 3 sizeable bedrooms, guests can enjoy the choice of a Queen bed in the first bedroom, a bunk with a double and single bed, as well as an additional single and pull-out sofa in the second bedroom, or the 3rd spacious Queen with ensuite bedroom.

The main bathroom provides guests with bath, shower and toilet facilities.

Full Laundry facilities with front load washing machine and dryer are provided for guest convenience.

Upstairs provides a welcome retreat for children to enjoy some quiet time; a reading corner, art table and space to play.

Ripple Inn is a perfect holiday home for you and your family. This stunning property offers 4 bedrooms and 2 deluxe bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 8 guests.

Downstairs you’ll locate a glamorous light filled open plan kitchen/living area with a gas log heater and a fully equipped kitchen including a butler’s pantry. Just off from the kitchen area, is an additional private and secluded seated area overlooking a charming oasis; featuring a plunge heated pool to 30 degrees all year round, outdoor hot shower, undercover decked area with a retractable blind, dining table and furniture, BBQ and an outdoor kitchen.

Downstairs bedding configuration offers a twin single bedroom and the luxurious master bedroom with an ensuite overlooking the manicured garden, pool and outdoor area – Perfect for any time of the year!

Upstairs, you’ll find another comfortable lounge area, a large bathroom, 1 king single twin bedroom and 1 queen bedroom. Opening up from the lounge area guests will enjoy a small, tree enclosed, private balcony where you can sit outside to wind down in the evening, or with a morning coffee and listen to the waves crashing on the nearby beach.
