The space
Upon entry, guests are welcomed into the open plan living and dining rooms; the warmth of the fireplace circulates through the entire home and the west facing windows provide natural light throughout. The modern kitchen and appliances make meal preparation seamless, with the large oven and stove top catering to a full house of guests.
The inside dining area seats 6 comfortably, with an additional dining space provided in the undercover deck area.
With 3 sizeable bedrooms, guests can enjoy the choice of a Queen bed in the first bedroom, a bunk with a double and single bed, as well as an additional single and pull-out sofa in the second bedroom, or the 3rd spacious Queen with ensuite bedroom.
The main bathroom provides guests with bath, shower and toilet facilities.
Full Laundry facilities with front load washing machine and dryer are provided for guest convenience.
Upstairs provides a welcome retreat for children to enjoy some quiet time; a reading corner, art table and space to play.
Centrally located and within walking distance to the Fish Creek township, rail trail and local attractions; this home is perfectly positioned to maximise guest comfort, convenience and enjoyment.
Guest access
Guests will access house keys via a keylock box. With code to be provided to guests in the days prior to their arrival.
Guests will have full access to the entire house and back yard; excluding the locked room adjacent to the outside deck.
Other things to note
Public transport (V/Line buses) run through Fish Creek on the Melbourne – Yarram line. The house is less than 200 metres from the bus stop.
